Because of casual cut this model suits all given sizes.

Materials: Lana Grossa "Silkhair" (70% mohair superkid, 30% silk, running length = approx 225 yrd/25 g): approx 200 g black (col 13); 1 circular knitting needle size 10,5/11 (US), 100 cm long.
Attention: 

Always work with double thread!
Stockinette stitch:  RS rows = K, WS rows = P.
Gauge:

12 sts and 20 rows stst with double thread and needle size 10,5/11 = 10 x 10 cm.
Instruction:  Work back and front piece in one piece. With circular knitting needle and double thread cast on 156 sts. Work stst. After 34 cm = 68 rows from beg mark beg of armholes on both sides. Cont straight. After 32 cm = 64 rows from marker mark end of armholes on both sides. After another 34 cm = 68 rows co sts loosely.
Finishing:

Block piece, dampen and allow to dry. Fold piece by half so that cast on and cast off edges meet. Join each side seams up to marker. Leave 16 cm open each for armholes. For wearing part piece at center to top and bottom, see sketch. Armholes are placed sideways. Attention: If you prefer a shorter version of the cape just fold it over at neckline several times!
